It is a perfect match for Hatteland Display's proprietary optical bonding technology, which enhances the optical performance of the display in particular in bright ambient environments, eliminates condensation and improves thermal management. The LED backlight ensures excellent image quality, more reliable operation and a long product lifespan.

The new 23" Series 1 display with LED backlighting is built to the highest standards, and has undergone a strict extended testing process, to ensure reliability in the tough marine environment. This new product is an important part in Hatteland Display's long term Form - Fit - Function program. It is planned to be available for at least the next 4-5 years, which makes it perfect for both retrofit and newbuild projects.

It has been tested and has successfully passed ECDIS color calibration.
