The Hatteland Display Customer Satisfaction Survey 2009

In June/ July this year we conducted our annual customer satisfaction survey. The participating customers were from all our key markets.

All in all, we meet our customers' expectations at a satisfactory level where it comes to Quality, Branding, Deliveries, Service level and general company perception. We are also happy to note that almost without exception we have improved in the eyes of our customers in all measured dimensions since last year. However, in line with the main-objective of this survey, improvement areas have been identified.

The Hatteland Display team is following up on the results from this survey, and through assessing issues and organizing improvement projects. The sales team of Hatteland Display will be following up directly with customers where appropriate.
